Due to the nature of the position, proficiency with emergency procedures (large gauge IV catheterization, doppler blood pressure, CPCR, drug calculations) is required as is proficiency with anesthetic monitoring. ICU experience including central line placement, overseeing CRI calculation and administration, comfort placing urinary catheters and nasal lines is required for our patient care position.
