REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Registration must be received by January 9, 2017. After January 9, the on-site rate will apply. MVMA will mail your registration materials in advance if you preregister by January 9. That means you will have no waiting in line when you arrive!. Just watch for your registration packet in the mail and be sure to bring it with you when you come to the MVC. Note: Registration materials will not be mailed to addresses outside the U.S., these packets will be available for pickup at the MVC.
I.D. BADGES: All attendees must wear their own conference identification badge. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are prohibited. There is a $5.00 charge to replace your name badge at the MVC.
PHOTO CONSENT: By registering for the MVC, you agree to MVMA's use of promotional photos in or on their website or newsletter.
REFUNDS: less $60, will be made for cancellations received before January 9, 2017. MVC regrets that no refunds will be issued for later cancellations or no-shows.
