If you register by January 7, 2019 your name badge and registration materials will be mailed to the address provided on your registration. We will not mail to addresses outside the US, registration materials will be available for pickup at the conference.
E-MAIL ADDRESSES: cannot be duplicated for any other registrant. Doing so could result in the wrong person being registered. The email address is the primary identifier and the unique link to each person's member record or non-member's registration.
I.D. BADGES: Attendees must wear their own identification badge. Badge sharing, splitting, and copies are prohibited. There is a $5.00 charge to replace your name badge at the MVC.
PHOTO CONSENT: By registering for the MVC, you agree to MVMA's use of promotional photos in or on their website or newsletter.

MVMA MEMBERS: It is not necessary to first login to get the discounted member price but you must enter the email that matches your member profile. The email address on your membership profile is used to verify membership and allows you to select the members only, discounted pricing.
