If you register by January 3, 2020 the early discount will apply and your name badge and registration materials will be mailed to the address provided on your registration. We will not mail to addresses outside the US, registration materials will be available for pickup at the conference.
Step 1. Start by scrolling down the page. The REGISTER button be on the lower left side of the screen and look like this:
Step 2. Members will not be required to enter a Password when the email address linked to the member's profile is entered.
Step 3. Continue registration by following the screen prompts until you reach the payment screen. Enter the payment and click PAY ONLINE.
Note: registrations not completed within 15 minutes will automatically be cancelled.
Registration includes social events only (no seminars). Social events include the general session, continental breakfast, exhibitors' reception, exhibit hall access, MSU-CVM reception, and free lunches.
An email confirmation will be sent within 24 hours following your registration payment (you may need to check your junk folder). If you do not receive a confirmation, there may be a problem. Please contact us at 517-347-4710 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUND POLICY:Refunds, less $60, will be made for cancellation requests submitted in writing to email@example.com no later than January 3, 2019. MVC regrets that no refunds will be issued for later cancellations or no-shows. Student late fees are non-refundable.
When you get to the payment screen enter the required information and click "PAY" to process the charge. If you click cancel on the payment screen, only the payment is cancelled (not the registration). To cancel or correct a registration please put your request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Attendees must wear their own identification badge. Badge sharing, splitting, and copies are prohibited. There is a $5.00 charge to replace a lost or forgotten name badge onsite at the MVC.
By registering for the MVC, you agree to MVMA's use of promotional photos in or on their website or newsletter.

Please note there are no employment interviews onsite for 2020. Exhibit hall-only passes are also no longer available for purchase. Interested participants may register at the one-day rate individually or as a guest of a current attendee.
