About the Speaker

Melissa has over 20 years of experience in the veterinary field and whether you need team training or marketing assistance she is here to help your business. Melissa is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager, is credentialed in HR for California (PHRca), and is a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional. Melissa is very active within the veterinary profession and was the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association’s 2018 Paraprofessional of the year. She has also served on the Board of Trustees for the SCVMA since 2020. In 2011 Melissa co-founded the North Orange County Veterinary Hospital manager’s group where she helps organize their monthly meetings and help provide quality education to local managers. She loves helping other managers and team members grow within the veterinary profession.
