with Baran Schultz, Owner and Founder, Schultz Technologies
Cybersecurity is crucial for veterinary practices because they store sensitive client information like pet health records, owner contact details, and payment information, making them vulnerable to cyberattacks that could lead to data breaches, financial losses, reputation damage, and legal issues if not properly protected; therefore, implementing robust cybersecurity measures is essential to safeguard this sensitive data and maintain client trust.
Baran is a graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy and graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. In 2000 Baran started his own IT business wanting to make a
difference in the way people understand and shop all the aspects of the IT world. 23 years later he has a successful nationwide company that is considered a one-stop provider for all IT needs, including IT managed services, IT help desk support, data backups, VoIP phone systems, telephone integration software, security cameras, access control, voice and data cabling, fire and security systems, and low voltage design. Schultz Technology works with a variety of companies, large and small, and specializes in veterinary practices.
