Event Policy

these policies apply to any event hosted by MVMA unless explicitly stated otherwise

Use of Likeness

Registration and attendance at or participation in MVMA events constitutes agreement by the registrant to MVMA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, marketing efforts and materials and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Cancellation

All cancellations MUST be in writing delivered to mvma@michvma.org. A $50 cancellation fee for an individual registration will be assessed for all cancellations. No refunds will be given for cancellations submitted seven or fewer days from an event. Should an event be canceled by MVMA, full refunds will be issued in a timely manner.
