MiVetCon25 is scheduled for Sept. 26-28, 2025 at the Suburban Showplace in Novi, MI. Registration will start onsite at the Great Lakes Veterinary Conference and will open online the following week.

Continuing Education

Attendee badges will contain a unique bar code used to scan into each session hour, even if they’re staying in the same session room.

When it becomes available post–conference, attendees will be sent information on how to access their CE electronically. Please allow at least three weeks from the conclusion of the conference to receive CE certificate information.

Proceedings

Available conference proceedings can be accessed electronically starting one week from the start of the conference. Registered attendees will be notified via email when materials become available. 

MVMA strongly encourages and incentivizes proceedings from speakers, but please know session materials and proceedings from every speaker are not guaranteed. The speaker/organization’s intellectual property is not always able to be distributed for duplication and is a policy out of MVMA’s control.

Registrants requiring specific accommodations related to disabilities or otherwise are encouraged to contact the MVMA office no later than two weeks before the conference.

Registrants will receive a unique bar code the week of the conference, via email. For quick and efficient onsite check-in, we encourage you to save the bar code email or print the confirmation with bar code to use at the self-service badge print stations.
