  • All cancellations MUST be in writing (mvma@michvma.org).
  • Unless specifically stated differently on registration materials, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for any and all cancellations submitted up to seven days from the date of an event.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations submitted seven or fewer days from an event.
  • Should an event be cancelled by MVMA, full refunds will be issued in a timely manner.
