All cancellations must be in writing and sent to mvma@michvma.org.

A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations submitted up to 14 days from the date of the event/session. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations submitted 14 or fewer days from the date of the event/session. Should an MVMA sponsored event be cancelled by MVMA for any reason, full refunds will be issued in a timely manner.

All members of the practice staff are welcome to join MVMA as a member. Learn more about what level of membership is right for you here.

Memberships renew ever year on the last day of the month after the anniversary of your join/renewal date.
