Overnight guests of the Amway Grand Plaza can park in the adjacent parking ramp at the discounted parking rates below:

  • $15 per night – self parking (regularly $41 per night)
  • $20 per night – valet parking (regularly $45 per night)


Overnight parking does have unlimited in and out privileges, however parking in the hotel ramp is not guaranteed.

FAQs

 

Attendee badges will contain a unique barcode used to scan into each session hour, even if they’re staying in the same session room.

When it becomes available post–conference, attendees will be sent information on how to access their CE electronically. Please allow at least three weeks from the conclusion of the conference to receive CE certificate information.

Available conference proceedings can be accessed electronically starting one week from the start of the conference.

Registered attendees will be notified when materials become available.

MVMA strongly encourages and incentivizes proceedings from speakers, but please know session materials and proceedings from every speaker are not guaranteed. The speaker/organization’s intellectual property is not always able to be distributed for duplication and is a policy out of MVMA’s control.

Registrants requiring specific accommodations related to disabilities or otherwise are encouraged to contact Angel Davis at davis@michvma.org no later than October 13, 2024.

Registrants will receive a unique barcode one week from the start of the conference, via email. For quick and efficient on-site check-in, we encourage you to bring that barcode letter to use at the self-service badge print stations.
  • All cancellations MUST be in writing (mvma@michvma.org).
  • Unless specifically stated differently on registration materials, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for any and all cancellations.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations submitted seven or fewer days from an event.
  • Should an event be cancelled by MVMA, full refunds will be issued in a timely manner.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in MiVetCon, constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MVMA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, marketing efforts and materials and audiotapes of such events and activities.
